It wasn’t easy, but I completed my 5 day water fast! I’m very happy I completed it. Fasting is one of the best ways to heal ourselves and strengthen our bodies from the inside out.

When it comes to our health. society focuses on two things:
- Treating the symptom
- Taking medicine from the doctor or over the counter meds.
This is a mistake in my opinion.
The key to good health is to focus on prevention, and that is accomplished by strengthening your immune system. In other words, don’t wait until you’re sick to make your health a priority, be proactive and make good health a top priority:
Fasting is one of the best ways to strengthen your body naturally, from the inside. When we don’t eat, the body is forced to get energy from stored fat. Another benefit is the body begins to attack damaged and diseased cells, using them as energy or simply removing from the body altogether.
In other words, fasting is the best way to detox your body naturally.
Here’s something else to think about: many of us are striving to become successful. Let’s make sure we are healthy enough to enjoy the fruits of our labor!
