My Daily Meds

Them:Are you on any medication?

Me: “Yes. I take meds daily.”

This is an actual picture from my “medicine cabinet.”

MORNING ROUTINE/BREAKFAST

2 capfuls Apple cider vinegar

1 dash of nutmeg

1 dash of black pepper

1 dash of oregano

1/2-1 teaspoon of turmeric

1/2-1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2-1 teaspoon of ginger

 

Assorted 20 Spices Refill Pack (20 Assorted Spices Freshly Ground)

Mix with room temperature water in glass cup.

I take this concoction every day. I rarely eat breakfast, and most days I don’t have my first meal before 3pm. I’m a big fan of intermittent fasting. For more info on fasting, click HERE.

Ginger: Treat nausea, anti-inflammatory, stimulates cardiovascular health, cold & flu relief

Apple cider vinegar: Lowers blood sugar levels, kills harmful bacteria, lowers cholesterol levels, assists in weight loss and belly fat reduction,  improves heart health

Here’s my first hand experience with apple cider vinegar:

BEFORE BED

1 teaspoon of black seed oil

The key to good health is to take care of yourself before you get sick. While traditional medicine is used when a person is ill, natural medications like those described above can be taken before you get sick.
