Every day, we’re told about the increasing number of coronavirus cases, people fighting about having to wear masks, and social distancing.
This is important information, but what about telling us ways to strengthen our immune system? Shouldn’t we hear about foods, lifestyle changes and other things we can do to help keep our bodies healthy to fight off covid and other ailments?
When it comes to our health, one of the best things we can do is be proactive. That means doing the things we need to do to keep our immune systems healthy and strong.
As of now, we do not have a definite method of slowing down the transmission of the virus or an effective treatment. It’s also important to note other viruses such as the common cold and flu don’t have cures either. There’s a chance covid may be the same.
This leaves us with few options or solutions other than doing everything we can to stay healthy. By eating the right foods, getting plenty sunshine and keeping stress levels low are a few of our best options.
The foods we eat can either help us or hurt us. The right foods can keep us healthy, while the wrong foods could be detrimental to our health. It’s alss important to manage stress during these times, and be mindful of all areas of health and fitness in your life.
