Day 3 of My 5 Day Water Fast

Today is the 3rd day of my water fast. So far so good! I’m hungry and tired, but nothing that I can’t handle. Looking forward to see what happens tomorrow. So far I’ve lost about 10 pounds, but that’s not why I do it. I know that weight will come back in a couple weeks, but those diseased and damaged cells are gone forever!

In my opinion, fasting is one of the best things we can do for our bodies. I’ve been doing it for several years, and don’t plan on stopping. The way I see it, fasting helps to strengthen your body, and decrease your probability of needing medication.

I’m not currently on any meds now, but if I ever have to I will take them. but the goal is to avoid that situation as much as possible. That’s where the fasting comes into play. Unfortunately, fasting isn’t discussed as much as it should be. One reason for this is because medicine and sickness is big business. The pharmaceutical industry is a billion dollar industry. Sick people are needed to keep that business going.
