Fitness Tips: Do you work from home? Are you sitting all day?
Working from home has many challenges. But did you know some exercises are better those who work from home than others?
For example:
Desk Jobs
People with desk jobs should focus on exercises that require them to stand. When we sit for an extended period of time, our stabilizer muscles become weak. In addition, a lack of activity could lead to increased risks of weight gain and a variety of health issues. Simply going for a walk outside for 15 minutes is a great way to loosen up stiff muscles.

Standing Jobs
People who stand all day or work on their feet should do more seated exercises. For example, people who stand all day should ride the bike as opposed to running. This will take the pressure off the knees and lower back.

Stretching
Stretching is great for everyone. In many instances, muscles are either overused, or not used enough. Stretching will have bring the body back into alignment, and help improve posture. Click HERE to see a few great stretches to try.
