We are now entering the second wave of the Covid pandemic. Pfizer has recently announced that they have a vaccine that’s 90% effective against the Coronavirus. Click HERE to read the latest. While people are eagerly waiting on a vaccine, it’s important to take a close look at the situation:
What do the following have in common:
- The flu
- Common cold
What do they have in common? They are ALL viruses.
Everyday, we are bombarded with viruses. Everything you touch could potentially have a virus on it, because they can live EVERYWHERE. What people may not know is many viruses have no cure. All people can do is hope to contain them. Many will attempt to do so by taking vaccines.

It’s important to note that each year, either of these strains could be “the” virus that is prevalent. As a result, several flu vaccines have been created, and each year a different vaccine is given to the public.
While many people get the flu vaccine every year, relying on that vaccine can be a mistake: viruses can become resistant to drugs and mutate as over time. If a virus can mutate, what do we do? How do we protect ourselves?
The First Line of Defense
The first line of defense for practically any illness is a strong immune system. The immune system is designed to protect the body from disease, toxins and viruses. If a person has a weak immune system, their risk of disease increases. In other words, the immune system is the key with ANY virus or health issue.
Don’t wait until you’re sick to start taking better care of yourself. This can be accomplished by eating a variety of herbs and spices daily. THIS is the real medicine…
