For the first time ever, I experienced back pain while fasting. It’s amazing how each fasting experience is different! Tomorrow is day 4.

Personally, I think fasting is one of the best ways to maintain good health. I’ve tried all types of diet and health strategies, but nothing compares to fasting. If people are able, they should give it a try. People on medication should consult with their doctor before attempting a fast.
