I’m on day 4 of my 5 day water fast! But I have a question for everyone: Do you eat 5- times per day? If so, why? We don’t have to eat so many meals. The body can’t use stored fat for energy if you’re always eating. This is the safest and most natural way to lose weight.
This is one of the world’s best kept secrets: the body gets energy from 2 sources: the foods we eat or stored fat. if we are constantly eating, the body has ZERO incentive to tap into that stored fat for energy. As a result, the pounds begin to slowly accumulate on our bodies.
In addition to using that stored fat for energy, the body goes through a process called “autophagy,” where sick, diseased and damaged cells are either used for energy or removed from the body.
Fasting doesn’t get discussed much by mainstream media, but its something people should look into. Don’t wait until you’re sick to take better care of yourself. be proactive.
