I’m on day 6 of my 5 day water fast! I decided to extend my fast one more day, but I’m about to end it with some delicious soup!
All in all I feel good, and I’m glad I did it. I went an extra day because all my previous fasts were for 5 days. I wanted to push past that mental barrier and get to 6 days.
I think fasting is one of the best things we can do for our overall health. Unfortunately, these topics are not discussed in school. Unfortunately, sickness is big business, and has financed many vacations and children’s educations.
In other words, don’t rely on the doctor for good health. Be proactive and learn everything you can about health. What you discover might surprise you.
One thing I consume daily is apple cider vinegar. I also add turmeric, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger to my concoction. I drink this every morning. I’ve been doing this for several years, as you can see from this video:
I will do another 5 day fast in April or May. I’m a firm believer in the health benefits of fasting and will continue to do so as long as I can.
