It seems that medication is always the first answer for good health: Instead of taking black seed oil or getting vitamin D every day by simply walking outside for good health, we are bombarded with commercials and advertisements to take antidepressants, blood pressure pills, insulin shots, cholesterol meds and any other medication you can think of, DAILY. Meds that people will take for YEARS.

And now, we are being told to get covid shots annually. Are people ok with this? Is all this to help us heal us, or pay for vacation homes?

We must be proactive and start taking the necessary steps to strengthen our immune systems.
