I am at the end of Day 3 of my 5 Day water fast. I have not eating anything since Sunday. So far so good! is anyone else into fasting? What are your experiences?

On this 3rd day, my body is using ketones, which is stored fat for energy. Since the body doesn’t have to use energy to digest food, it is beginning to work on healing itself from the inside. It is also repairing old injuries.
I will end the fast on Friday or Saturday, depending on how I feel!
