Are you a battery charger, or battery drainer? The things we do and people we encounter can be either battery chargers, or battery drainers. Recognizing these is key for our physical, mental, and spiritual health.
So ask yourself: Are you the type to make people feel good? Do you inspire others to be their best, or are you the one who brings chaos and disorder?
Do you watch television stories or read social media posts that make you feel good, or do they make you angry? Be very mindful of how things affect you, and how you affect others!
