Vaccine Wars: For or Against the Vaxx?

How do you feel about the vaccine? Some people are for it while others are against. Either way, there’s one thing EVERYONE should agree on, and that’s having a healthy immune system.

Here are a few things you can add to your daily diet to strengthen your immune system.

A strong immune system is the key to good health. In the video I show some of my favorite spices and other healthy foods that I consume daily. How many can you consume per day? Here they are again:

  • Turmeric
  • Oregano
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg

I included rosemary and thyme in the video, but I don’t eat them daily.

I know many people are excited about getting the vaccine, but viruses mutate. What if the next variant evades the vaccine? This is a real possibility. The key is to not rely on the vaccine, but to keep doing what you can do to keep your body healthy.

This post isn’t to advise a person on whether they should or shouldn’t get the vaccine. The key for all of us is to look at ways we can protect ourselves, with or without the vaccine.
